We'll discuss what makes a great story, and more importantly how to use stories in real leadership situations such as conveying a vision, inspiring people, triggering actions, influencing and persuading.
The questions & answers format will allow us to explore what really matters to participants.
We'll keep the conversation rolling by sharing good and not so good experiences of storytelling between participants, and how it could have worked better.
