About the event
One of the top challenges for change and transformation is to understand why people behave the way they do, which enables designing effective change strategies. Indeed, when facing someone who isn’t going along with the change, it’s easy to conclude that this person is “resisting” or “does not have the skills.” The reality is often quite different, as most of a person's behaviors are driven by things outside the person's control.
In this hands-on workshop, you will help Jack, a manager and key stakeholder in the transformation, who is said to "resist" and not go along. Will you be able to identify why he behaves this way and succeed to get him on board? The Six Sources of Influence model will help you in this challenging task.
At the end of the workshop, you'll have learned to put in action a simple, powerful, and versatile practice (the Six Sources of Influence model) to identify the root causes of people's behavior and to choose strategies that effectively nudge them in the right direction.
