About the event

As organizations struggle with multiple ongoing transformations and major change initiatives, they are turning to the Transformation Office as the go-to solution to improve cohesion and success.

However, although setting up a Transformation Office seems simple in theory, organizations face a host of challenges and success is often elusive. Indeed, the Transformation Office is not your regular committee. For those that succeed, though, the Transformation Office proves to be an incredible asset to build the organization’s capability to evolve with focus and discipline.

While the form of an effective Transformation Office varies widely, there are nonetheless a number of “do’s and don’ts” that emerged. We’re going to explore what tends to work in terms of structure, posture, people, ways of working, and more.

Who should attend ?

  • Transformation leaders and change managers
  • Managers and leaders involved in change/transformation initiatives
  • Anyone who is or is interested in taking on a role of change agent

What is this event going to look like ?

  • This event is an Agile Leadership Bites webinar-discussion designed to make the most out of your time to learn actionable leadership practices in just 30 minutes.
  • In the first 20 minutes, speakers will introduce the practices with stories and examples. We’re going beyond the concepts (that you can read about anywhere); we show how the practice can be used in the real world.
  • The last 10 minutes are dedicated to discussion with participants. You can ask questions either in chat or voice. You are not required to participate actively (but you’ll like it if you do!).
  • During the event, you are encouraged (but not required) to keep your webcam on to make it a more human experience.
