Designing Effective Change Strategies
While most organizations are undergoing one or more transformations, unfortunately the success rate of these major change programs is abysmal. One of the reasons is that organizations often fail to identify the real causes of people’s behavior, and therefore struggle to design effective change strategies.
In this private 1.5 hour presentation-discussion with up to 8 people of your choice, participants will learn actionable practices to analyze why people behave the way they do and how to nudge their behaviors. They will discuss the applicability of these tools in their own situations and reflect on their role as change agents.
